What We Do

Adventure with a purpose

The fun is real. So is the growth.

Scouts do more than watch or listen. They make plans, learn practical skills, help their community, face challenges, and share the experience with friends.

There is always something new to try

Activities change throughout the year, but each one gives Scouts another way to contribute, connect, and discover what they can do.

Camp and explore

Set up camp, navigate trails, spend time outside, and grow more capable with every trip.

Cook and create

Plan meals, work with a team, solve practical problems, and enjoy the result together.

Serve with purpose

Use growing skills to help neighbors and see how individual effort can strengthen a community.

Take on a challenge

From a first night outdoors to a whitewater adventure, progress starts with trying.

How growth happens

One experience builds on the next

  1. Try it.A Scout steps into something unfamiliar with support nearby.
  2. Practice it.Repetition turns uncertainty into useful skill and confidence.
  3. Share it.Scouts help teammates and discover that others can count on them.
  4. Lead it.With experience, Scouts plan, guide, and encourage someone newer.

Youth-led, adult-supported

Scouts get meaningful responsibility

Young people help shape plans, make decisions, and take care of one another. Trained adults provide safety, coaching, and perspective without taking every challenge away.

Confidence grows when someone trusts you with something that matters.
